Welcome to Fourth Grade!

My name is Ashtin Carr and I am so excited to be teaching ELAR in fourth grade! This is my fifth year at Gunstream and my fourth year in Fourth Grade. I graduated  from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I have lived in Frisco my whole life and a K-12 graduate of Frisco ISD. When I am not teaching I love to bake, travel , spend time with my friends and family, read a new book, and watch football(Go Cowboys!). My fiance and I are set to be married on May 25th, 2024 and we could not be more excited. Teaching has always been a passion of mine and it is my mission to love and support my students in any way they need. I am looking forward to a memorable year in Fourth Grade together!
