Positive Behavior Support Plan

Student Code of Conduct

Expectations:

Behavior:

1. I will be respectful to my peers and myself with my words, my actions, and my thoughts.

2. I will be safe

3. I will be responsible

Work Habits:

1. I will come to school prepared and ready to learn.

2. I will do my best work at all times.

3. I will do my best to complete my work in a timely manner.

Positive Consequences:

Individual:

 Praise and encouragement.  Small notes as a reminder their hard work isn't going unnoticed. (stickers, pencils, small trinkets)

Whole Class:

 Each teacher has their own system of rewards for the entire class. These rewards can be earned when the whole group does something positive.  (Marble jar, table group points)

Behavior Interventions:

1. 1 Warning-restorative circle if needed

2. Think time

3. Parent Contact and a PLAN

4. ZAP- poor work habits

5. Reflective Lunch/Recess

6. Office Referral
