Hello Bright Academy Family and Friends!

Welcome Back to what’s going to be yet another amazing year full of fun learning, new relationships being formed and lasting memories being made! I am so excited to be returning to Bright Academy for my third year as your child’s School Counselor!

I was born in Dallas, TX and eventually moved right down the street to The Colony which is where I graduated high school. I then made my way to Lubbock, TX where I became a Red Raider and ran track, before ultimately graduating from Sam Houston State University. This is the start of my 15^th year in education, and my 10^th year as a counselor and I am truly doing what I love!

In my spare time, you might catch me working out (Camp Gladiator, Beachbody or the gym), hanging out with my family and friends, listening to live music or just enjoying quiet time. I have two boys, Jace and Drew and I couldn’t be more in love with them. They are my sonshines!

With our rapidly changing world, now more than ever, making an impact, connecting and building relationships with students, parents and the community, coupled with loving and serving your kiddos is my mission! I vow to always put the needs of your child first as it is an honor and privilege to pour into them and help shape the minds and hearts of our worlds future leaders.
