Ms. Thomas

  Hello! My name is Jamiah Thomas but I go by Mia (My-uh). I am so excited to be your child's 1st grade teacher this year! This will be my first year of teaching! I'm so excited to get to know each and every one of your kiddos!

    I graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelors of Science in Early Education with an ESL specialization. Prior to teaching I worked for an after school program called Alphabest for 4 years and loved it.

     When I'm not at school, I like to spend time with my family. I have two amazing parents, an older brother, and a twin brother. I'm looking forward to a great year in first grade!

Hobbies: Traveling, painting, working out, and try new restaurants.
