Cortney Beaver

Hi! My name is Cortney Beaver, and I’m an Oklahoma girl who now calls Texas home. I graduated from the University of Tulsa and taught for two years in Oklahoma before becoming part of the Comstock Family! This will be my eighth year of teaching, and it still fills my heart with so much joy. When I’m not in the classroom, you’ll usually find me out on a run, planning my next trip, or testing out new recipes and restaurants. I’m happiest outdoors—especially when it involves a bit of adventure, whether I’m hiking in the mountains or soaking up time near the lake, river, or ocean.

I am THRILLED to be your child’s Second Grade Teacher at Comstock! I truly believe every child deserves an education full of wonder, fun and discovery that will inspire a life-long love of learning. I am looking forward to getting to know each of you and can not wait for the memories that we will make this coming year!
