Ms. Hitt

Hi there! I’m Mrs. Hitt, and I’m so excited to be your 5th grade Math and Grammar teacher! I graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge with a degree in Education, and I’m passionate about helping students discover their strengths and grow as learners.

I have four wonderful children. Johnathan is 28 years old, Harper and Emmie are both 7, and Lila Claire is 5. My three youngest children are lucky enough to attend Boals.

When I’m not in the classroom, you can find me planning our next Disney World trip (we go at least once a year!) or singing along to any Taylor Swift song - I’m a proud Swiftie!

In our class, I strive to create a fun, engaging learning environment where everyone feels safe to share, take risks, and express themselves. I believe learning should be filled with curiosity, laughter, and teamwork. I can’t wait to see all the amazing things we’ll accomplish together this year!
