How to get started
STEP ONE:
15-MINUTE PHONE CALL
This is an opportunity for you to connect with us in real time and ask any questions you have about who we are, the services we provide, and whether we might be able to assist you. We can also set you up with your initial consultation.
STEP TWO:
FILL OUT CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE
You will need to fill out our client questionnaire prior to attending your first remote group class or consultation with us. In this questionnaire, you will tell us all about your pet (and you!) so that we are able to help you succeed in our training sessions.
STEP THREE:
Schedule an in-person or virtual New Client Counseling Session
In-home New Client Counseling Session (90min) : *This consultation is designed to assist those families with a dog with behavioral concerns - such as leash reactivity, aggression, resource guarding, dog-dog introductions, or other behavioral issues. **All in-home consultations require a free 15-min phone call prior to booking**
Virtual New Client Counseling Session (90min) : *This virtual consultation is designed to assist those families with a dog with behavioral concerns - such as separation anxiety, fear, anxiety, aggression, resource guarding, or other behavioral issues. Schedule a virtual consultation by clicking below!
In-person professional behavior support available for Greater Charlotte, NC region. (Note: Virtual Counseling Session may be required based on location and behavior concerns.)
Private , virtual training available for local, national and international clients!
STEP FOUR:
For the safety of your loved pet and all others who participate, prior to attending any remote training and/or in-home training, these items are required to be submitted to documentation@freewillanimaltraining.com:

VACCINATIONS
We require your pet to have certain vaccinations to ensure that all pets are safe from harmful viruses when training with us. (PS: We also accepts titers!)
Rabies, 1 or 3 year (unless puppy is not old enough)
Distemper/Parvo (DAPP, DHLPP, etc) 1, 3 or 8 year (or booster vaccines for young puppies)
Bordetella (ITB, Bord) 6 months or 1 year (HIGHLY recommended, but not required)
Canine Influenza (CIV) 1 year (HIGHLY recommended, but not required)
Note: scanned copies, pictures of the document, or other electronic method of transferal are acceptable, Free Will Animal Training LLC will attached them to your internal client record. These documents and related information will remain private to your account only and never be shared with anyone outside of our organization.
