After learning about improvements in technology and how they improved communication and transportation, Miss Castell's grandpa came in to teach us about the invention of the telegraph. He was a Morse Code instructor in the Navy!

For our product projects, students created a new backpack with amazing features, and worked at marketing that backpack for their consumers. The fifth graders were impressed with our funny commercials, catchy jingles, and memorable slogans!

October 18th's Trunk or Treat was a blast!!!!!!

On Sunday, October 13th, LDS volunteers helped famous sculptor Ed Jarrett go for the Guinness World Record of World's Tallest Sand Castle. Staff members and students worked really hard to help build the Sandy Castle in Point Pleasant Beach.

The Capones, Blessings, Armstrongs, Hanlons, and Dutkas showed hard work with their families!
