Job Summary

This position will coordinate the elementary and middle level (Grades 3-8) “All-In” tutoring program in the Mathematics content area as well as support K-12 curriculum needs.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Serve as the liaison between the division and the base schools with regard to “All-In” tutoring (grades 3-8)

·         Serve as a division content specialist for all schools with regard to K-12 Mathematics content and curriculum

·         Coordinate and oversee the division’s “All-In” tutoring for Grades 3-8

·         Work with building principals to ensure that tutoring schedules have the least impact on the instructional day while maximizing student outcomes and
      opportunities

·         Learn, use, and effectively communicate changes regarding the state-provided digital instructional platforms

·         Possess substantive organizational skills

·         Possess excellent communication skills

·         Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Requirements

·         Master’s Degree in one of the following areas:  Curriculum & Instruction, Mathematics, or Educational Leadership

·         Mathematics Specialist endorsement preferred

·         Minimum of three years classroom teaching experience.

Terms of Employment

This position is an 11 month (220 day) position.  Salary to be established by the school board.

This position is a 2 year only, grant funded position that will expire at the end of the 2025-2026 school year.

Evaluation

Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with School Board’s policy and administrative regulations on evaluation of classified personnel.
