Teaching Philosophy: Mrs. Stickles believes her job is to guide children so that they may realize their optimal learning potential and "reach for the stars." She does this by creating a safe learning environment where her students feel comfortable enough to take risks, solve problems, and work toward becoming life long independent learners. She differentiates instruction to meet the needs of all of her students.
