1.  Read your notes for understanding

2.  Practice problems with your notes in front of you.

3.  After using your notes for 3-4 examples, try a few problems without your notes.

4.  If you have difficulty, pull your notes out and refer to them for each step of the process.

5.  Do practice problems until you are completely comfortable with the process without looking.
