Respect is the character trait for the months of September & October! Students can show Respect right now at home by following the GOLDEN RULE and treating others the way they want to be treated!
Our character education lessons will focus on :
Anti-Bullying - Respecting each other - not being mean to one another
Strategies to use if someone is bothering you
The Golden Rule - "Treat others the way you want them to treat you!"
Calm down strategy - square or box breathing
Caring Lessons in November & December will focus on:
* Being kind with our words and actions
*Being helpful
*Thinking about the feelings of others
*Strategies & Responses to develop resiliency and empower our students when interacting with others
