Middle School Shift - Empowering Students to Take the Lead! It can be tempting as a parent to swoop in and try to solve your students problems, but at IAR we are encourage students to take the lead and problem-solve with their team. If you or your student has a question, please have them reach out to their Crew leader or other teacher direct (they can c.c. you, too!). This way, the student is empowered and in the loop each step of the way. Remember, we are on their team and are always here to help them!
