ASP Guidelines

Attendance Information-

It is imperative that students meet the attendance guidelines in order to remain in the program. If at any time you have any questions about your son/daughter's attendance, please feel free to contact the After School Program office.

1. If a student is not meeting the attendance guidelines which is 9 hours a week and 3 days a week to meet the program goals, he/she can and will be dismissed from the program
2. If a student has five (5) unexcused late arrivals in (1) month, he/she will be dismissed from the program
3. If a student has five (5) unexcused absences in one (1) month, he/she will be dismissed from the program
4. If the staff contacts a parent/guardian more than three (3) times concerning their child's behavior, he or she can and will be dismissed from the program
5. If a student is picked up after 6:10pm three (3) times in one month, he/she will be dismissed from the program.
