60% Tests/Projects/Test GMetrix
GMetrix practice work/tests along with certification exams will be counted in each grading period.
IMPORTANT:
I have high expectations in my classroom for all students. Work must be attempted/completed to the best of the student's ability. A grade below 50 will not be acceptable. Students will be assigned time during the day to complete missing or incomplete work. NO EXCUSES is the motto! You CAN do this!!!
**Attendance is key to being successful in any class but since all work must be completed in class, it is crucial to be here as much as possible so you do not get behind. Make-up work will follow school policy.
***If a student is absent, it is their responsibility to ask what was missed (it will also be on the screen) and to come in during activity period to get caught up.

Be in your seat BEFORE the tardy bell rings.
Begin the bell ringer activity as soon as the bell rings. No one will talk during this time.
Procedures from desk to computer - after instructions have been given, students will remain quiet while logging in to their computer and complete their assignments without talking.
Stay on task the entire period. (You will always have a project to continue if you finish the daily assignment.) Typing games are the only option if everything has been completed.
Do your best. Work hard!
Keep your hands to YOURSELF!
Keep the room neat and clean!
CELL PHONES
Phones and Smart Watches are required to be placed in the assigned wall pocket upon entering the classroom.
This is school policy and will be enforced.
There are no exceptions.
Be careful with the equipment & treat it with respect!
Do not unplug/switch any parts to your assigned computer!
Installing or downloading software of any kind is NOT permitted!
NO food, candy, gum, or drinks allowed in the lab!
Do not change settings on computers or disconnect parts!
CD drive is to be closed AT ALL TIMES!
Do not plug any personal device into a school computer!
NO social media, streaming movies or music!
NO YouTube (unless educational) or games(unless it is an assigned by me and educational).
