Summer Workout Schedule
Basketball Workouts/Open Gyms:
● Monday & Wednesdays 7:45-9:30 in HS Gym
● Begin June 2nd & Conclude on June 30th
● Optional, but those that are there will improve their game
○ Coaches realize there is Drivers Ed, Freshman baseball, family commitments, etc.
Weight Room & Speed & Agility:
● Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
● 6:00am - 7:45am
● Meet in MS Gym unless told otherwise
● Coach Anderson suggests athletes attend 3 of the 4 days per week
