The purpose of this professional development training is to help answer this question for you.

  • Creating and sharing different types of documents with different levels of visibility and control

    • Spreadsheets

    • Forms

    • Presentations

    • Share with anyone

    • Share with specific users

    • Allow commenting

    • Allow editing

    • Allow viewing only

  • Creating and sharing calendar events

    • Assigning to different calendars

    • Inviting guests

This is a Google Doc that we'll use to practice using Google Docs :)

Familiarizing Tasks:

  • Opening a document

  • Editing a document collaboratively

  • Sharing a document through various methods

While logged in to your Google account, open the document and follow the directions included.
