Davies Camp Registration Information is Below (June 3rd Elementary & Middle School will start at 5:30pm, Elementary will go  till 6:45 & Middle School 7pm Only this Day) (Varsity will start at 7:15pm-9:15pm)

Gold Medal Square Camp: July 7-10th at Davies High School

Gold Medal Square is a company that hires College Coaches to run a 4 day volleyball camp. These are 4 full days of volleyball, Supervised by our Davies Coaches.

Summer Strength & Conditioning is highly encouraged during the off-season. Every Davies Athlete needs to have a summer strength & conditioning program in place to help increase vertical, strength, overall health and physical demands of the sport in-season. 

Recommendations: (if you have your own strength coach or program you work with, that is great, just as along as you have a program in place 4-5x a week. )
