Attendance and Tardy Policy:

All rules state in the student handbook will be followed. Remember, it is very important that you attend class each and every day!

Miscellaneous things to know

· Be on time .

· Many students are denied credit for absences. Please don’t make that mistake. Keep track of your number of absences in each class. Seat recovery is available but costs money.

· Because of accommodations listed on your IEP, many of you may retake tests or take them orally in my classroom or another location. Usually the teacher will place the test in my box after you have attempted it and you may work on it in my room. I will return it to the teacher when you are finished. If you know the information and skill, you should do well on the test. Extended time is not for when you fail to study. Be prepared for assessments.

KNOW YOUR IEP!!! That includes levels, goals, accommodations, and transition plans.
