Introduction
@EthnicAssets is a experiment I’m wagering will test the extent of race sophistication in the working world. I’m no academic. And this site is no academic treatise, raging against the machine. Indeed, I am a classically trained, Madison Avenue adman, who has had the luxury of observing, quantifying and qualifying more common anthropology than many scientists!
I have recently completed a 10 year long project, writing a manuscript on a narrative which has affected my life a great deal. I call it Ethnic Assets.
There are many buzzwords currently used in the Americas (north, south, all of it) on the topic of Diversity and Race/Cultural integration in the workplace, but most of it is abstract and is little more than a feel-good (or bad, for that matter) narrative which colludes real progress.
With Ethnic Assets, I go one step further: I quickly suss and summarise the workplace in major markets across the globe. I will present statistical data of workplace disparities in each region. I will define, discrimination, xenophobia and austerity and a bit of quantitative data to represent the inefficiency of bias in the workplace.
I will positively represent different ethnic groups and cite their positive cultural attributes - beyond their mere race. Then, I will draw graphical [ interaction models ] between the random groups, and sort how (for example); a German (White) corporate manager may confront an under-achieving Sudanese (Black) subordinate employee - and get winning results for any organisation, in any country (or market).
I will prove using only familiar blogger tools, how an individual is more civilised when he understands and respects another attending individual’s real ethnic identity.
If my application is sound, you will clearly see the extent of the obsolescence of ingressive, American-style racism in the workplace.
