Engagement

May 2017 Meeting

What new information did you learn from today's presenters?

What questions do you have regarding the information that was shared? Where does the money come to fund the strategic plan. A lot of information, but so many questions. In regards to science, there may be some changes in science course requirements. Are there needs in science? Is this the time to address those needs in regards to the instruction bucket? The thought is yes...

How does this information impact our work with schools? What training do SDA members need in order to effectively serve districts? Discussed instructional coaching and how it supports implementation.

Personalized Learning Plans... defining what they are. We should focus on good instruction. What do good instructional practice look like? In Science? In elementary?

Brett Moulding- Science--ESU 16 is brining him in.

Continue to strengthen instructional model.

BlendED, how do we keep instruction at the forefront.
