Formerly, George served as the Division Principal of Innovative Teaching and Learning with Parkland School Division, located in Stony Plain, Alberta, Canada, and has over 17 years of experience as an educator, in a myriad of roles from K-12. George is passionate about distributed leadership and believes that creating a collaborative environment with all stakeholders will help to ensure that we meet the best needs of all children.

Bobby Truhe was raised in Elk Point, South Dakota and is licensed to practice law in both South Dakota and Nebraska. He is an excellent constitutional lawyer, having briefed First Amendment issues in multiple federal court cases in the district of Nebraska. Bobby is also adept at advising education clients on state statutory issues like the Nebraska Student Discipline Act, the Open Meetings and Public Records Acts, and the teacher tenure statutes. Finally, Bobby has a particular expertise in advising education clients on strategies for understanding and complying with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”).
