2021-2022 Graduation Requirements

In order to graduate, seniors must meet the following academic requirements:

20 total credits, including:

  • 4 years of English

  • 3 years of Math (Algebra 1 and Geometry required, 4 credits of Math recommended)

  • 3 years of Science

  • 3 years of Social Studies (Civics, World History, American History)

  • 0.5 Health

  • 0.5 Driver's Safety

  • 0.5 CED ( consumer Ed)

  • 1 credit of PE

  • Remaining credits are electives

  • IL/US Constitution must be met

  • State Test Requirement (SAT)

  • FAFSA completion

Graduating seniors must also meet the following college preparation requirements:

☐ Apply to at least 5 colleges

☐ Apply for at least 2 scholarships

☐ Submit a personal statement

☐ Submit a resume

☐ Submit FAFSA

☐Complete 3 community service projects

College Prep Deadlines:

End of First Quarter (October 15th)

2 applications completed

Personal Statement and Resume Completed and Uploaded into Naviance


End of 2nd Quarter (December 17th)

3 applications completed

1 Scholarship completed

50% of students will have FAFSA completed


End of 3rd Quarter (March 11th)

5 applications completed

2 Scholarships completed

75% of students will have FAFSA completed


End of 4th Quarter (May 26th)

2 Community Service Project Completed

100% of students will have FAFSA completed
