Dawn Carroll, Principal

Starting in 1988, Dawn Carroll has worked her way up through the administrative ranks, from receptionist to business owner. She has a real feel for all areas of office operations and delivers with effective organizational skills that are hard to match. With experience in a variety of fields including medical accounting, technology, medical, start-ups and nonprofits, she can learn the basics of any industry to better facilitate internal office operations.

Dawn lives in San Jose, California with her husband, son, daughter and the family dog. She enjoys walking, reading and spending time with her family. She thrives in the sunshine, has a sunny disposition, which contributed to her high school nickname "SunniDawn."

Jamey King, Associate

With over 15 years of administrative experience, Jamey King, has become an efficient and accurate administrative assistant. She has experience in bookkeeping, non-profit database management, event preparation, real estate, education, and property management. She works closely with Essential Office Links President, Dawn Carroll, to create a team effort in meeting the needs of our clients.

Jamey is a mother of two young children. She lives in Aptos, California. Her favorite activities are playing with her kids, enjoying the beach, hiking, learning to surf, biking, and just being outside.
