Meet Our Staff

Mrs. Ashley is in her 5th year teaching and in her 4th year as Director of Bands at Emanuel County Institute. Under Mrs. Ashley's direction, the ECI band program has grown and expanded in both quantity and quality. She currently teaches 6th Grade Concert Band, 7th Grade Concert Band, High School Concert Band, Jazz Band, Handbells, and Marching Band. She is also currently the sponsor for the ECI Dance Line. The ECI Spirit of the Dogs Marching Band has consistently received Excellent and Superior ratings at competition and the High School Concert Band has consistently received Superior ratings at Large Group Performance Evaluation under her leadership.

Mrs. Ashley graduated with her Bachelor of Music in Music Education in 2013 and her Master of Music in Music Education in 2015 from Georgia Southern University. She is both excited and extremely blessed to be teaching at Emanuel County Institute. She currently resides in Twin City, Georgia with her husband, Adam, son, Arion, two labrador retrievers, Aria and India, and a yorkie, Anna.
