The IRB upholds the principles of the Belmont Report and established guidelines for assuring that human participants are treated with dignity, respect, and with due regard for their welfare. We are committed to safeguarding and upholding the rights and welfare of all people who volunteer to participate in research. Research is defined as any project where human participants are providing information that may be collected and disseminated for public knowledge.

IRB Application Submission Process-
Please submit your completed IRB application to the IRB Committee Chair, Dr. Jacqueline "Jackie" Jamsheed at her Elms email address.
Once your application has been submitted, Dr. Jamsheed will confirm receipt of your application along with a confirmation of the most recent IRB committee meeting that you are scheduled to present your work and answer any questions.
