Football games, marching band venues

There are two uniforms for any football game or marching venue which will be determined by the director as to which one is to be worn.

1. Full Uniform: Band Hat (sousaphones exempt), plume, uniform pants, white marching shoes, white socks, uniform jacket, and band t-shirt to be worn under the uniform jacket.

2. Half Uniform: Uniform pants, band t-shirt, black marching shoes, black socks (crew length or larger).

-The hat, uniform pants, plume, and uniform jacket will be provided.  Everything else will be the students’ responsibility.

No visible jewelry of any kind, this includes piercings of all students when in either Full or Half Uniforms.  All hair must be worn up or be short enough to be off the collar at all times.  Students may not at any time wear just part of either of these uniforms Example: wearing just the hat.  When worn, the uniform must be worn properly Example: no hat on backward or sideways.  Uniforms are not to be worn outside of band functions ie. Halloween costume.  Uniforms must be free of wrinkles, dirt, and stains and it is the students’ responsibility to have the uniform dry cleaned if necessary.  All school-owned equipment and uniform pieces must be returned by the date designated by the director in order to prevent the lowering of the students’ grade.

Failure to wear the proper uniform for the performance will result in a removal from the performance and a student will be considered absent from that performance.
