REMOTE TEACHING/Quarantine Week 1
I hope everyone is following CoVid-19 safety precautions. Praying for continued health for all of us and our families.
Students took home their social studies textbooks and journals. They also took home their ELA Practice Book, math workbooks and journal. They may need these later in the weeks off.
eBooks for math and language arts are available at tm.pathtoexcel.com Students must log in to their Google account first.
For now, I'm assigning students iReady activities in math and reading online to do this week. I will assign more in the coming weeks. The links are on Classroom Google. They need to log in to their Google account and from there go to https://clever.com/ after they have done their assigned activities, they may work on other activities on their own.
They also have access online for Scholastic News and would like them to continue reading the articles. They need to log in using their Google account at https://sn4.scholastic.com/ On Wednesday, they will answer three close-reading questions on Classroom Google. They will take an open online-magazine quiz on Friday.

Students will take a STAR Reading test to know their AR levels, I’ll share their results with them so they can set their goals They should start reading AR books to earn points towards their goal.
