Stay Informed

There are several independent responsibilities and due dates you need to manage as a member of NHS.  It is your responsibility to stay informed...it is not the job of the officers or the advisor to track you down and ask for your dues or service hour forms.  Here are the methods of communication we use:

Email--This will be our primary means of communication. I will use the email addresses you included on your latest application form and/or hour forms.

This website--Most of the important dates for the year will be posted here.  Put them on your calendar now so they don't sneak up on you.  Check the announcements frequently.

GHHS morning announcements--we submit announcements for meetings and membership due dates, but realize not all the classes can hear them and not all of you are on campus second period.  That's why you need to regularly check this site and sign up for Remind.  Don't depend on the morning announcements as your primary method of communication!  FYI, you can go on to Parent Portal and view each day's morning announcements.
