Wellness Together Canada was funded by the Government of Canada in response to the unprecedented rise in mental distress due to the COVID-19 pandemic. People are being challenged like never before due to isolation, physical health concerns, substance use concerns, financial and employment uncertainty, and the emotional dialogue around racial equality. We’re all going through this together, and we believe that mental health is a journey, not a destination. Each day, we can take a step for our own wellbeing. Wellness Together Canada is here to support everybody on that journey.

Mindfulness is the new literacy of the 21st century that can benefit us all. MindWell will teach you how to flip the switch from mindless to mindful-in-action. WellTrack is designed to help you understand your mental health and to provide you with the help that you need right now. WellTrack is a suite of online tools and courses to help you identify, understand and address issues that you are having.

What’s holding you back from mental wellness?

The goal of TAO is to provide online and mobile tools to help you conquer general stressors like anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. TAO provides specific modules to help with substance use concerns.

Breaking Free: Wellness

Increase your wellness in relation to alcohol and drugs

Breaking Free: Wellness is a set of evidence-based strategies for people who are questioning their relationship or experiencing difficulties with alcohol or drugs. Based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness, these strategies will increase your wellness by giving you greater insight and teaching you positive coping skills. Available in English and French.

MindWell's Studio Be

Drop-in to a mindfulness group practice

Drop-in for a guided group mindfulness practice and a follow-up discussion on the practice of mindfulness. No experience is required.


ONE TO ONE COUNSELLING

You can text, call or connect by video for a counseling session to address a specific need. The outcome of this session is the development of a plan that uses your strengths and resources for you to get back on track.
