Tips for Success
1. Be Responsible: Charge your chromebook, bring home all necessary materials for homework/studying home with you, check grades on PowerSchool, ask a teacher for extra help.
2. Think Smart: Use your agenda to write down passwords and your homework everyday! Use the I.S. period to get work done, start studying when you are aware there is a test coming up - don't wait til the night before!
3. Try your BEST: Everyday, strive to be better than the day before. Hand in your work on time, ask questions, be KIND, help someone out, thank your families.
Helpful Homework Apps:
Math Crunch - (Free on iTunes and Android): Stuck on a problem? This app allows you to take a picture of the problem, and a professional tutor will give you instant help. You are given a time limit to communicate with the tutor, so short or "starter" questions are best!
WolframAlpha - ($2.99 on iTunes and Android): Plug in any equation (math to science) and it will solve it for you. A great way to check your work!
Flashcards+ - (Free on iTunes and Android): Create your own flashcards and have access to flip through them on your phone on the go!
