Counselor's Purpose

My purpose is to work with school faculty and staff, students, parents, and community to plan, implement and evaluate a comprehensive developmental guidance and counseling program.  Students will also receive counseling in order to fully develop their academic, career, personal, and social abilities and address their needs; to include at-risk students.

Expert Advice on Children's Mental Health

Child Mind's mental health videos are produced in partnership with expert clinicians and psychologists. They aim to provide accessible parenting advice on a wide array of topics, including behavior, anxiety, screen time, and parenting difficulties.

Coloring is a healthy way to relieve stress. It calms the brain and helps your body relax. 

A Parent’s Guide to Understanding Bullying provides parents with an overview of Texas bullying and cyberbullying laws. This video clarifies the difference between bullying, rude, and mean behaviors. It provides useful guidelines to working with schools in the event of a bullying situation.
