PLANNING AND TOPIC SELECTION
1. Students create Essential Questions & get them approved by the teacher. Place all your essential questions in this Padlet 2025.
What do you want to learn more about?
What has always fascinated you?
What question do you want to find the answer to?
What could you spend all day learning about?
2. Submit Essential Questions on our Google Form. They are now displayed on this Google Spreadsheet.
3. Fill out K-W-H columns in K-W-H-L-A-Q Chart at right
You need to open the link, copy the file and add your name to the front of it.
4. Have students create a "Plan" of the steps they need to complete in order to finish their project successfully.
RESEARCH
5. Start researching, building, creating, etc.
6. Fill out L-A-Q columns in K-W-H-L-A-Q Chart.
PRESENTATION
7. Create a video showing your final product.
8. Share your video in your Seesaw post during your reflection.
REFLECTION
9. Create a blog entry on our Seesaw learning blog.
Don't forget a title and tag your post as genius hour, by using the text icon.
Include a summary of your project
Include your KWHLAQ document
Include a screenshot of your checklist.
Download your WeVideo and upload to Seesaw
You sharing your project.
Reflect on your assignment in Seesaw.
