Update the following programs and ALWAYS UN-click the add-on's (riders)

Keep in mind, there are two types of updates: program/hardware (computer) & Internet.

DJUSD computer security program is Sophos. Do not upload any other- Never have more than one security-virus protection program installed. They work ageist each other and don't work properly.
Clearing Browser History (or Clearing Cash)
Internet Explorer:
Close all Internet Explorers and start Internet Explorer again
Press F12,
Press Ctrl+R,
Click Yes to Confirm
Press F12
Firefox:
Close all Firefox and start Firefox again
Press Ctrl+Shift+Del
Uncheck All except Cache
Click Clear Now
Chrome:
Close Chrome and start it again
Press Ctrl+Shift+Del
Select from drop down list to from the beginning of time
Uncheck All Empty The Cache
Click Clear Browsing Data
