I am Lamia Rukhsara,working as a Lecturer at Daffodil International University.  

A teaching career is something that never ends. We continually learn and grow each day. We learn new strategies, ideas, and skills. We learn a lot about ourselves, not only as a teacher but as a person. Each day tests us how much or how little we can handle each day. Through experience we came to know more about our craft and how to best communicate it with our students. We also learn from professional development, which is essential in every teacher’s career. Teaching is not only the students learning, but ours as well.
