Rich Grady, Head Coach
Coach Grady played collegiately at Allegheny College. He served as the varsity assistant coach for the girls program from 1999-2006, during which time the program won 5 Central Suburban League North titles. Since becoming the head coach for the girls in 2007, his teams have compiled a record of 254-143-50, including placing second in Class 2A in 2016 and third in Class 2A in 2022, winning Supersectional and Sectional titles in 2016 and 2022 and capturing eight CSL North and ten IHSA Regional Championships since 2012. He has also served as the Varsity Assistant for the boys program since 1998. In addition to his coaching experience, Coach Grady was a referee for Major League Soccer and FIFA in addition to working at four NCAA Division I College Cup Finals. Coach Grady is also the Chairperson of the Social Studies Department.
Ryan Crane, Varsity Assistant
Coach Crane is a Deerfield High School alumnus who played goalkeeper for two Regional championship teams and went on to play at Ripon College. Coach Crane works with the goalkeepers at all levels of the program. He is also the Boys Varsity Head Coach. During the day, Mr. Crane teaches in the Social Studies Department.
Devyn Compisi, JV Coach
Coach Compisi was a three year varsity player who played for the 2016 squad that captured 2nd in state. A proud graduate of the University of Minnesota, Coach Compisi has worked with the program since the 2024 season. Coach Compisi teaches in Northbrook Elementary District 27 during the day.
Chrissy Curtin, JV Coach
Coach Curtin played her high school soccer for Larkin High School in Elgin. She played collegiately at Augustana College, where she was a two year captain and led her team to the NCAA Tournament twice. Coach Curtin has over a decade of club coaching experience for the Elite Soccer Club. She coached the JV boys team in 2022 before switching over to the girls program in 2023. Ms. Curtin teaches in the Special Education Department.
Ryan Grady, GK Coach
Coach Grady is a proud Warrior alum, class of 2019. Following a stellar high school career, he played collegiately at Middlebury College, where he was a two time All-American, led his team to the NCAA tournament all four years, and set school records for games played, shutouts, and saves. He was honored as the Division III Goalkeeper of the Year in 2021 and the New England Small College Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year in 2023. Coach Grady currently plays for Chicago House AC in the Midwest Premier League.
