7th graders presenting information about life in the early 1900's using images from the web, their voice and an app called Adobe Voice
Mrs. Courneya and Mrs. Pipek 6th Grade Language Arts
Schoology discussion: "Show, Don’t Tell.” They changed a “telling” sentence into a “showing” sentence using good word choice (powerful verbs) and sentence fluency. The original “telling” sentence was: The graveyard was scary.
Second grade students presenting book summaries using an iPad, Keynote and Reflector. Students also took and edited pictures using the ipad camera and photos app.
6th graders were to find high level vocabulary contained in Disney songs to define and give examples of. They created the images in the App Pic Collage and then brought them into iMovie to overlay the music and create motion.

Students created iMovie trailer book report and uploaded them to youtube. Once on youtube students created a QR code and placed it below the book title. Students are able to scan the QR codes and watch the trailers
Students were asked to introduce themselves and discuss their likes and dislikes using a variety of vocabulary from the chapter. Students used iMovie to complete this project and turned them in using schoology.

Using the Voice Record App, students made a recording indicating what each person/persons is or are doing in the pictures provided. Before you begin, introduce yourself in Spanish. When making your recording of the assessment, say the number of each picture in Spanish before recording your sentence.
