You've been tasked with rebuilding London after the Great Fire. You'll need to balance building requirements, loans, and the poverty of the people as you attempt to shape London to your vision. As your vision increases in scope, make sure the poverty level of the citizens doesn't get too high or you'll be out of luck no matter how nicely your plans shape up.
