National ProStart Certification, Lettering, and Scholarships

Completing ProStart 1 and 2 gains you access to National ProStart Certification, lettering, college credit, and scholarships! All you have to do is:

• Complete the program (both ProStart 1 and 2) with a 70% grade or better (to letter, your earned grade must be a 80% or better)

• Complete both National Exams with a score of a 70% or better

• Complete 70% of the business management and culinary competencies checklist

• Obtain 400 hours of work experience in the industry while enrolled in the ProStart program
