If your child will attend in both June and July, please note:
The BASE program runs on a yearly registration cycle from July 1 – June 30.
Step 1:
Register your child for the 2025–2026 BASE school year using the SchoolCare Works portal (link below).
This registration is free.
This allows attendance now through June 30, 2026.
Step 2:
Once your registration is approved, you will be notified. At that time, you may log in and register for the 2026–2027 BASE school year.
This registration covers July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027.
Fees: $75 per child or $100 per family.
Important:
Please do not register for both school years at the same time, as this will create duplicate accounts. Wait for confirmation before completing the second registration.
Before a new student can attend B.A.S.E., they must register for the program using the link above.
Registration, attendance scheduling, and account payments are conducted through the SchoolCare Works Parent Portal. This system allows parents to register for the program, schedule attendance, and view/pay billing statements online using a secure payment process.
The system is a secure site that is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere with an internet connection, including a computer, tablet, iPad, and/or smart phone.
Parents have the flexibility to choose the care they need on the days they need it, by booking attendance, in advance, through our SchoolCare Works site.
Who? Families interested After School and Full Day Programs for the 2019 - 2020 school year.
When can my child start? Whenever you have completed the online application and it is approved.

Current Families
1. Log into SchoolCare Works to access your account.
2. Click on the registration tab on the left side
3. Click on the "enroll" button for current or upcoming school year.
4. Review ALL information and update necessary fields.
5. Complete the questions!
6. Your registration will then have to be approved to begin signing up for 2019.
