Volunteering and Support

Parents are expected to contribute to the production in some way (Saturday work days, volunteering during show week, work on costumes, concessions donations, etc)

Of course! Ms. K is always looking for help with administrative work, social media, and supervision/student support! 

Also, as each show process progresses, there may be specific costume, prop, set, merchandise, and hair&makeup needs with time available after school or on Saturdays to support these needs. 

(As a parent/guardian, you may notice some missed opportunities that Ms. K doesn't realize! Please reach out if you have ideas to make anything related to the Drama and Theatre Program better - marketing, box office, promotional activities, anything!)

In order to build our set, create the various props, hang and focus the lights, and work on costumes, we will have Saturday Work Days almost every other Saturday throughout the show process. These work days are optional but encouraged - parents and students can attend, and Ms. K will feed you!

The most common way to donate to the Sagewood Theatre program is when you purchase tickets to the show - ShowTix4U has a "Donations" section during checkout. Otherwise, reach out to Ms. K for more information!
