Sometimes when we are struggling with big feelings and emotions, it helps to keep a Reflection Journal.

  1. Watch the video and think about how you feel about the topic.

  2. Write down or draw how you feel.

  3. Talk to your parents or guardian about those feelings.

  4. Write down strategies to calm your body and mind.
