If you are moving within the district, please email the Registrar your new address and proof of residency as soon as possible. If you are moving outside Cimarron's boundaries, but still in Douglas County, please also fill out and return an Intent to Remain form.

If you are withdrawing your student to attend school outside Douglas County, including out of state, please contact the Registrar for the brief Withdrawal Form. This form must be completed and returned to officially withdraw from Cimarron.
