Hello,

I am Bob MacArthur and this is my 16th year teaching at HRHS and 23rd year teaching overall.  Over the years at HRHS I have taught Earth Science, Astronomy, Geology, Meteorology, and Biology.  Every year I also take students from HRHS on science and cultural based field studies.  I have taken students to Hawaii, Iceland, Ecuador, New Zealand, Australia, and Fiji.  Experiential science education is a fundamental part of my teaching philosophy.  My hope is that my students, through what I teach, will have a better understanding about the natural environment around them whether that is here in Colorado or the other places throughout the world.
