Welcome to Mr. Davies' webpage. I am the wellness teacher for team Appaloosa as well as 7th and 8th-grade elective, components of movement. I've lived in Colorado all my life and love the sports and outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer.  I live in Parker with my wife and our three kids Liam, Owen, and Hannah.  

My goal as a wellness teacher is to start every student on the track to becoming a healthy adult.  Students in my class will receive skills and knowledge that will help them be fit and healthy for a lifetime.
