HB 310

Effective July 1st, 2015, DCS assumed the responsibility of misdemeanor probation oversight from CMPAC.  Moving forward, the technology infrastructure already in place within DCS will be utilized to enhance communication and data exchange between providers and the Misdemeanor Probation Oversight Unit. Our goal is to streamline processes and utilize efficiencies to abide by legal authority while ensuring effective supervision.

The provisions of this article relating to supervision services shall not apply to misdemeanor defendants sentenced under Title 42, Chapter 8, Article 6.
