Reminder to take care of yourself now that "School Year Routine" is going to be a reality.  Monitor your recovery ie. sleep and rest as well as make sure you are getting enough water and calories.  I suggest that you journal for the first week how much sleep you are actually getting and what you are eating and drinking to make sure you are aware of what you are doing to be your best.
