Announcements:  

Saturday at U of M, Maroon and Gold; bus leaves at 8: 25 am. (this meet is limited so girls need to check the line up)  

Thursday home against Watertown at 6pm.  Girls be on deck by 430.

 True team diving: Friday 3pm; warm up at 12:30 The van leaves at 11:10 

True team swimming: Saturday Noon; warm up at 10:30 bus leaves at 9:10.

Reminder to take care of yourself now that "School Year Routine" is going to be a reality.  Monitor your recovery ie. sleep and rest as well as make sure you are getting enough water and calories.  I suggest that you journal for the first week how much sleep you are actually getting and what you are eating and drinking to make sure you are aware of what you are doing to be your best.
