Westonka: This meet starts at 6:00. Bus leaves the PAC at 3:40 

Pictures will be on Wednesday Sept 16 at 4pm

Eagle Invite:   bus time 8:45am. The diving van will leave at 6:40am.

Reminder to take care of yourself now that "School Year Routine" is going to be a reality.  Monitor your recovery ie. sleep and rest as well as make sure you are getting enough water and calories.  I suggest that you journal for the first week how much sleep you are actually getting and what you are eating and drinking to make sure you are aware of what you are doing to be your best.
