2023-24 is my 27th year of teaching, and all of that time has been spent here at North Davie. I am a graduate of Davie High School and Appalachian State University, where I also completed my Masters in Reading. This year, I am teaching 7th grade language arts. I am also the yearbook adviser and the sponsor for the Junior Beta Club.
As AIG Specialist, my main role at North Davie is to be an advocate for my gifted students. I treasure the relationships that I build with students and parents as a result of time spent together. Academics are important, but I also love to watch students grow socially and emotionally during these middle school years.
