Legionella Sampling & Reporting System

In the spring of 2014, the government of Quebec passed new legislation that mandated a strict testing regiment for all cooling tower systems in the province.  The law was set to go into effect 90 days after it was published.

Klenzoid knew that we had an obligation to our customers, and all cooling tower operators across Quebec, to provide an all-inclusive solution.

Again based on our NetSuite platform, we designed a comprehensive system to fulfill each requirement of the law.  We were able to track each individual system's history, schedule our employees for on-site water sampling, automatically import results from a third-party laboratory, and notify our clients when corrective actions were necessary.

On the front-end, we were able to add on to our existing customer dashboard.  This allowed our Quebec clients to see their legionella compliance information in the same familiar place.

Subsequently we have been able to re-purpose this system to accommodate changing legionella legislation in many other jurisdictions.
